~ Shipping Policy ~
We offer a flat shipping rate of $6 via UPS Ground to anywhere within the United States. All international orders are shipped via Federal Express, UPS, or USPS. Please email us at sales@squalane.com for the international shipping rates.
~ Delivery Time ~
We will process your order within 1 business day. UPS Ground shipping typically takes 1-7 business days for delivery to anywhere within the United States.
~ Payment Methods ~
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover card. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with us. Please provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
We also accept cash, money orders, and cashiers checks. Shipment will be upon receipt of payment. We will gladly accept personal checks or company checks, but there will be a hold on all personal checks or company checks for 7-14 business days. We will ship the products when the checks clear the banks. Payments by mail must have postal delivery confirmation or tracking number.
~ Return Policy ~
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. However, once the item has been opened, there will be no returns and exchanges. Items with samples, including Squalane and Analgesic Gel & Lotion, cannot be returned as the samples should be applied first to ensure satisfaction of the products. On all returns/exchanges, shipping charges will not be credited back.
Before returning any item, you must contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for 15 business days, and all returns must be received within 15 days of obtaining the RMA number.
All return requests should be submitted via e-mail to: return@squalane.com. Please provide us with the following information in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Order confirmation number from the packing slip.
The name of the product you wish to return.
Customer's name.
Customer's e-mail address.
Reason for return
Whether you want a refund or an exchange.
State whether the product has or has not been opened.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. All returns must include the original box and inserts. There will be a $25.00 fee for products not returned in the original packaging. All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number.
~ Typographical Errors ~
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. A credit shall be issued immediately to your credit card account for the amount charged in the incorrectly priced order.
